Mary Dalton
"Along with Swedish/Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage, I specialize in other techniques including Myopathic Pain Release and Myofascial Release, which help reduce and relieve chronic pain and injuries sustained from automobile accidents and other incidents. I also use Energy Work, Trigger Point Therapy, and Hot Stone Massage."
Karen Vogelsang
"I have been a massage therapist for 12 years. After working in an office job for a long time, I wanted to do something completely different, and massage was it! I love doing something that directly affects people in such a positive way. It's really nice going to a job where people are happy to see you! I've had the pleasure of working with people of all ages, from small children to the elderly in a variety of settings. I also like to do volunteer work whenever possible. The types of massage I provide are therapeutic Swedish relaxation, hot stone, myofascial release, and pregnancy massage.
I am in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:00 to 2:30. My goal during a massage is to be present for each client, to listen to them, to tailor each session according to an individual's needs, and to hold a positive space for change and healing."
Shane Ritter
"My clients are all different, and they deserve individual treatment. You cannot follow a given recipe or pattern and expect the same results. Listening to your body and working intuitively would be my best self-description. We must use techniques according to your needs and tolerances. I only ask for good communication and feedback from you so we can best serve your needs. The techniques used may include any of the following regardless of deep tissue or lighter Swedish work: Deep tissue (treating deeper layers of muscle), Swedish (very popular light work), and the use of MET/PNF and Thai work to improve range of motion.
I’m available Mon.-Sat. 9am to 9pm. Sunday is by 24-hour notice only. Appointments 9pm or later can be arranged for those giving the same consideration."
